Licensed since 2009, real estate has been a lifelong passion and a career I pursued from a young age. What began as a goal has become a profession I take great pride in. My experience spans all facets of real estate, including investor transactions, residential sales, building, landlording, and short-term rental ownership and hosting.
To date, I have completed over $50 million in transaction volume across more than 250 real estate deals. I specialize in complex and challenging transactions and take particular pride in delivering results where others see obstacles.
Beyond business, I am a dedicated family man. My wife, Erica Edwards, and our three children are my foundation and my motivation. As a husband and father, I understand firsthand the challenges and responsibilities that come with buying a home, investing as a family, and making major financial decisions—especially when the right choice is not always the easiest one. That perspective allows me to guide my clients with both professional expertise and real-world understanding.
